Golf MK3 Citystromer Electric Vehicle The Big Bro of the Volkswagen I.D
As the electric era is coming upon us like a speeding Volkswagen I.D Pikes Peak or a bullet train in layman’s terms, we are reminded of the fact that the mk3 was not Volkswagen’s first electric vehicle, but an innovation ahead of its time and a successor of the prior Citystromer.
So with electric, our MK3 will live on as it already has the technology from old, perhaps one day MK3s will need to have an electric option upgrade or far into the future for us or a blink in time, may need a full electric conversion to stay compliant, maybe even using the I.D platform and thus with the original Citystromers coming back into varying levels of development, the community is sure to seek petrol alternatives if petrol is outlawed. The UK has made plans already.
Anyways the point being the MK3 Citystromer as still driven and charged over at the Auto-Vision Museum, Will live on no matter what as it has the past to call on, ‘back to the future’.
Long Live the MK3, long live the tradition, because ‘future requires tradition’.
